MEET THE CASTLES
Kyle Castle is a 2nd Generation Builder and has been building in the Woodriver and Magic Valley areas for over 30 years. Kyle has worked on a wide variety of homes ranging in sizes from 1,400 to 12,000 sq. ft. He has also completed several commercial buildings. His passion is in working with families and individuals to create the unique and beautiful home of their dreams. He spends as much time with each client as they desire in an effort to make their experience in creating their home as wonderful as it should be. He is a perfectionist builder and is on-site daily, giving special attention to every detail.
Kyle's wife Tammy is a born designer and entrepreneur. She has a talent and passion for architecture which she brings to the design of each home. She works closely with Kyle and the clients to ensure that colors and finishes fit the lifestyle and aesthetic interests of the homeowners. In addition to her eye for design, Tammy has a love and a deep understanding of accounting and small business growth.
Kyle and Tammy have worked together nearly 20 years in their businesses and consider themselves very lucky to have found the perfect balance in their working relationship. What Tammy brings in design, organization and accounting, Kyle brings in on-site experience, skill, communication and implementation. Together, Kyle and Tammy pride themselves on spending as much time with their clients as needed to make their experience in creating their home as wonderful as it should be.
Chayton Castle joined the family business in 2020 with ambitions of continuing the Castle Legacy as a 3rd Generation Builder. Chayton attended Boise State University majoring in Construction Management. He is the Project Manager and helps ensure the jobs run smoothly. He works closely with the schedule and subcontractors and monitors the jobsites daily to give attention where needed.

Shay Martinez started with Castle's Custom Homes in 2021. Today, she wears many hats as the Company Administrator. Shay has proven to also have a great eye for design and has made many selections for some of our most beautiful spec homes. Shay is very detail oriented, personable and driven for growth. There is no task to big or small for Shay. She is now a Realtor has proven to be an outstanding agent with the education and connections she has gained.

"WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME"
We have been married for 30 years. In those 30 years, we have lived in four different homes. Two homes were rented and one was an older home that was remodeled.
This was our very first new home and new build. The process went smoothly from day one. Any changes, from floor plan to colors, were met with an "okay" and a smile.
