Step one of the process is to meet with Kyle to discuss your overall goal and initial designs. If you are looking for land, we will help you pick out a lot in neighborhoods that you want to live in. Already have land? We'll work with you to design and customize blueprints that maximize style and functionality within your location.
CUSTOMIZE
Design Your Dream Home
Once the land is picked out, we customize floor plans to fit your lifestyle and budget. This is where we evaluate pricing amongst subcontractors to get you the best deal on the market. At the same time, you work with Tammy and Kyle to select finishes to make the house your own.
FINALIZE
Make Your Dream a Reality
Time to put the hard work to paper and finalize the details. We sign paperwork, acquire building permits, and secure design concepts. Construction is scheduled and you are one step closer to your dream house.
BUILD

There's nothing more ground breaking than breaking ground on your very own home. From that moment on, Kyle takes over while keeping you informed throughout the construction process. You can trust that his focus on high-quality results will be noticeable in every detail of the home.

Welcome Home.
This is our favorite part of the process. Kyle and Tammy reveal your new and beautifully, unique home. Now it's time for you to take the keys and start planning your house warming party with family and friends.
